1. What we provide

VibePreflight sells digital rule packs and an automated security report for software projects. The report is produced using open-source scanners and AI.

2. Not a pentest, no guarantee

The report is an automated, best-effort review. It is not a penetration test, security audit, certification, or professional advice. It may miss vulnerabilities and may include false positives. We do not guarantee that your application is secure, and you remain solely responsible for your application, its data, and any changes you make based on the report.

3. Your code and access

You may give us a public repository URL or read-only access to a private repository. We only read your code; we do not execute it, push to it, or modify it. We delete our copy of your code within 7 days of delivering your report. Only give us access to code you are authorized to share.

4. Live URL checks

If you provide a live URL, we make a small number of passive requests (for example, checking response headers and whether files like /.env are publicly reachable). You confirm you own or are authorized to test that URL.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles billing and sales tax. Report purchases can be refunded within 7 days if the report is not useful. Email us to request a refund.

6. Rule packs license

Packs may be used in your own personal and commercial projects. Do not resell or redistribute the pack files.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including security incidents or data loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
